Monthly bookkeeping
Clean books every month, with someone actually reading them
What happens each month
The work, start to finish
Every transaction categorized
Income and expenses coded correctly and consistently, so your reports mean the same thing in June as they did in January.
Accounts reconciled
Bank and credit card accounts matched to your statements every month, so your books reflect what actually happened.
Loans and equipment kept right
Loan payments split between principal and interest, equipment on the books, balances that match your lender. A balance sheet that's true, not decorative.
Payroll, if you need it
Payroll run on schedule with the filings handled, and contractor 1099s tracked all year instead of every January.
CFO-level reports you can read
A profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statement every month, with plain-English notes on what the numbers mean for your business.
Problems flagged early
If something looks off, you hear about it that month, not next spring when your CPA finds it.
Want me to send your invoices and pay your bills too?
Accounts receivable and payable management is available as an add-on. Running your billing and paying your vendors is real work on top of keeping the books, so it's priced separately and clients who need it pay noticeably more. I'd rather say that up front than fold it in and surprise you.
Your office manager in a box
- Help filling out forms, from vendor packets to government paperwork
- Filing for business licenses and keeping the renewals on track
- Reviewing your insurance renewals before you sign
- General liability and workers' comp audits, handled start to finish
- Any other question you'd ask an office manager to track down the answer to
Included with every monthly bookkeeping plan at $500 and up.

The difference
Recording the numbers is the easy part
- A note each month on what changed and what it means for you
- A heads up when a number moves in a direction worth watching
- Your questions answered in plain English, whenever they come up
- Books your CPA can file from without billing you to fix them first
- A clear picture of whether you actually made money this month
Getting started
What if my books are behind right now?
That's completely normal, and it doesn't disqualify you from anything. We start with a one-time cleanup to get you accurate and current, then monthly service keeps you there. Most clients arrive this way, so there's no need to tidy up before you call me.
In their words
Kind words from people I get to work with
Real reviews from business owners I work with every month.
“Working with Angie has been the best decision my company has made. She is so responsive, so knowledgeable, and so kind. She is so professional and has helped us understand and work through many situations. Highly recommend!”

“I cannot recommend Angie highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable about anything I have asked for bookkeeping and business taxes. She has also helped me avoid a number of issues that would have come back to bite me if she hadn't gone out of her way to make sure I knew how to fix it.”

“Angie is what keeps my business working. She keeps me from fearing tax time and I can't put a number on that. Every time I've asked a question about money or taxes, she's able to break it down in a way that makes sense and isn't overwhelming. She's been the best addition to my team and I can't say thanks enough.”
